By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

By creating an account, enrolling in a session, or otherwise interacting with our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Nykyreu under these Terms of Use. These Terms apply to all users, including learners, instructors, visitors, and any other individuals accessing the platform in any capacity.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
2. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent if you are younger;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- Not be prohibited from using the services under applicable law.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the platform.
4. Platform Services
4.1 Description of Services
Nykyreu provides an online educational platform offering group and individual learning sessions focused on business presentations. Services may include live instruction, recorded content, personalised learning paths, interactive exercises, and instructor-led feedback.
4.2 Service Availability
We aim to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
4.3 Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. Enrolment and Payments
5.1 Session Enrolment
Enrolment in sessions or programmes is subject to availability and may require payment of applicable fees. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or other agreed arrangements.
5.2 Pricing
All fees are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will not affect sessions or programmes for which payment has already been confirmed.
5.3 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms are outlined separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before completing any purchase.
5.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you agree to the terms and privacy practices of those providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6. User Conduct
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems;

We reserve the right to remove any content and take appropriate action, including account suspension, in response to violations of this section.
7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nykyreu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in that content.
7.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
7.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or share any content on the platform — including assignments, discussion contributions, or feedback — you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
7.4 Prohibited Use
You must not record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any session content, course materials, or other proprietary resources without our explicit written permission.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies independently.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no representations or warranties that participation in any session or programme will result in specific learning outcomes, professional advancement, or any other particular result. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances beyond our control.
10.2 Platform Provided As-Is
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nykyreu, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.
In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nykyreu and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@nykyreu.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as provided under our Refund Policy.
14. Governing Terms
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Nykyreu with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
