Work done for real clients

Each project below came with a specific brief, a tight deadline, or a difficult audience. These are not hypothetical exercises.

Investor pitch deck redesign project for a SaaS startup
Investor Pitch

Pitch deck for a Series A funding round

A Dublin-based software team needed a deck that could hold attention in a 12-minute slot. We restructured the narrative, cut 18 slides to 9, and rebuilt the visual hierarchy around three core claims their data actually supported.

Board Report

Quarterly board presentation for a retail chain

Dense financial data translated into a clear visual story. The client had been using dense spreadsheet exports. We built a reusable template their finance team can update independently each quarter.

Sales Deck

Enterprise sales presentation for a logistics firm

The brief was clear: the deck needed to work without a presenter in the room. We built a self-explanatory flow with annotated visuals and a sharp one-page summary at the end.

Conference Talk

Keynote slides for a tech industry conference

Supporting a speaker who had strong ideas but no visual instinct. We worked from a rough script, developed a slide rhythm that matched the talk's pacing, and kept every frame to one idea.

How a project runs

Four stages, no surprises

Every engagement follows the same structure. You know what happens next at each point, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

01

Brief and audit

We start with what you already have. Existing slides, source documents, talking points — everything goes on the table. The brief is written from that material, not from assumptions.

02

Narrative structure

Before any visual work begins, we map the argument. Which claim comes first, which data supports it, where the audience needs a pause. This stage takes longer than clients expect and saves time later.

03

Visual build and review

Two rounds of revision are included in every project. The first round addresses structure. The second round addresses detail. A third round is available if needed, at a flat day rate.

04

Handover and documentation

You receive editable source files and a short written guide. If your team needs to update the deck themselves in six months, they should be able to do it without calling us.
